MILK PASTEURIZER FOR CALVES<\/strong><\/p>\n Pasteurizer the waste milk represents an important and essential solution for all the dairy farm that daily have to manage calves weaning.<\/p>\n Pasteurizer was made to recover the waste milk<\/strong>, unfit for human consumption, that should only represent a loss of money.<\/p>\n Pasteurizer adopts a heat treatment to reduce bacteria in order to guarantee milk healthiness<\/strong> to calves.<\/p>\n Rising milk temperature above 65\u00b0C, bacteria<\/strong>,\u00a0both pathogenic than not, are significantly reduced<\/strong>, increasing milk quality and avoiding intestinal diseases in calves (than often can bring to death young animals).<\/p>\n Advantages<\/em><\/p>\n Stainless steel\u00a0tank<\/strong>, supported by a\u00a0stainless-steel frame, available\u00a0wheel-mounted or not.\u00a0A stainless steel heating coil, located on the tank bottom, carries hot water (90\u00b0C) to increase milk temperature up to 65\u00b0C \u00a0for 30 minutes.<\/strong><\/p>\n Later cold water will carry the heating coil to cool down and preserve milk.<\/p>\n A wall electro-hydraulic control panel, connected to the pasteurizer by high pressure and resistant rubber tubes, manages the whole process.<\/p>\n These tubes, using fast clutch system<\/strong>, allows a fast and reliable connection to the tank.<\/p>\n The process is completely controlled by an electronic device that permits to customize the cycle<\/strong> to face the needs of different users.<\/p>\n An electronic panel guides the user showing messages and indications in an easy way.<\/p>\n A low speed stirrer guaranties the mix uniformity and, as a consequence, the treatment homogeneity, without modify milk organoleptic characteristics.<\/p>\n Models and sizes<\/strong><\/p>\n Pasteurizer are available with different capacity: 100<\/strong>, 200<\/strong>, 300<\/strong> and 500<\/strong> liters.<\/p>\n Model between 100 and 300 liters could be requested also on wheel-mounted version<\/strong>, to make easier the transport of the milk through the farm.
