The new Merlin robot is no exception \u2013 only the best components and high quality stainless steel<\/strong> to ensure a long-lasting existence of the robot. The milking parlour allows the farmer to interact with the machine through different way. For each robot is available a touch screen monitor where to check animal\u2019s data. Even in the office, the farmer can manage the herd directly from the personal computer, thanks to the managing software Crystal, set the feeding management or animal separation as well as check the animals in heat or sanitary alarms. We can check data even through tablet or smartphone to be able to connect the machine in case of need, even when the farmer is out of the farm. The analysis technique is based on the refraction of the light<\/strong>\u00a0 (NIRS)<\/strong> and allow to read the composition of the milk without using reagents and without the need to pick up samples<\/strong> to be analyzed elsewhere. All milk is analyzed online and sent to the tank without any analysis cost<\/strong>. Have available these data allow us to find an early stage metabolic disease<\/strong> of the high production cows (ketosis, acidosis), using the variation of the relation fat \/ protein of the animals.
