Thanks to the ice water temperature of 0.5-1\u00b0C, there is no risk of milk freezing into the tank and in addition, the possibility to collect the cooling energy in several hours allows the use of smaller cooling units with less power request.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Advantages of ice water milk cooling system in comparison with a traditional system:<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The cooling from 35 to 10\u00b0C is 50% faster.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is possible to cool also small quantities of milk without any freezing risk.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">It allows the power management for the cooling in different times compared to the milking phase.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The ice can be rebuilt through the use of smaller compressors.
